A great stay for a large family gathering. This location is a two minute walk to the beach, very convenient and large to accommodate my family gathering. Christa and her team were very responsive from the start which placed us at ease for our stay. Looking forward to staying here in the future and will recommend to others!

We had a great stay at Christa’s place while visiting North Carolina for a family event. Christa was a fantastic host, very responsive, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and accommodated our large group comfortably, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. The area was peaceful and quiet, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others.

quand nous sommes arrive se qui a été très simple , nous avions un trailer avec 3 motos , on sais rendu compte que le trailer étais trop long pour l'entré mais notre hôte a été super accomodante et rapide pour trouver une solutions et sécuritaire pour notre matériel , le logement étais impeccable vraiment bien situer et près de tout , je recommande vivement et sûrment si je revient dans le coin je vais relouer

We will definitely be back! Christa’s home is everything you could want for a beach vacation. The location was perfect, and the house was beautiful, very clean, and peaceful. It’s an easy couple-minute walk to the beach. The host went out of her way to help us feel comfortable and welcome with flexible check-in/check-out times, crystal-clear instructions, and amazing responsiveness and communication!

We had such a lovely stay here!! The place was really clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is PHENOMENAL - just a short walk to the beach and super close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, while still feeling quiet, peaceful and safe. It was the perfect place to come back to and relax after a long day at the beach. Also, Christa was an AMAZING host - very welcoming, quick to respond, easy to communicate. She always made sure we were taken care of. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, which made the whole experience even more stress-free. You can really tell she cares about her guests, and her hospitality made a big difference in our experience. Overall, this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays :) We'd absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

My stay here was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The space was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked amenities. The location was perfect, convenient to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. Communication with Christa was seamless; she was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Truly a 5-star experience!

Our stay at Pelican's Perch was nothing short of absolutely incredible. Christa was a PHENOMENAL host and there aren't enough characters allowed to adequately express our grattiude to her- for sharing her beautiful home, providing a well thought-out and thourough guidebook, being extremely friendly and communicative and just all around everything you'd expect from a highly rated host such as herself! Anytime I reached out to her I had a response in less than 5 minutes. She provided local resturant recommendations in a pinch and gave me personal recomendations based on what her and her family know and love and kept in mind all the while that I was traveling with young kids. On our 3rd day Christa contacted me to let me know she would like to buy us breakfast- she called in a pickup order for us from Parlor's Doughnuts (of our choosing), scheduled it at a time that was preferable for us, paid for it and followed up to make sure we loved them! We LOVED Pelican's Perch and you will too!

Our stay at Christa’s home in Raleigh was simply perfect. It was a truly blessed experience in every way. The house is extremely comfortable, well maintained, and welcoming, providing an atmosphere of peace and rest. Christa is an exceptional host — kind, caring, and very attentive to every detail. This day is one of the top Airbnb‘s I have stayed at. The location is phenomenal. Just a short walk to the beach. The home itself is clean, spacious, and organized. The host was amazing. She even purchased us Krispie Kreme donuts on St. Patrick’s Day. It is an amazing stay and I will definitely recommend and book again.
