The Hamline Midway neighborhood, named for its spot midway between Saint Paul and Minneapolis, is the perfect location for your stay. Within a quick walk, you’ll find it all: restaurants representing cuisines from around the world, shopping opportunities with businesses large and small, a Super Target and other groceries, and activities loved by locals and visitors alike. If you want to venture out further into Minneapolis and Saint Paul, hop on the nearby Green Line train that runs between the cities, and explore away!

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire left side of the duplex. Walk up two sets of stairs to get to the front door. Please note that because this is a duplex, you may occasionally hear guests in the other unit. We do our best to suppress any noise that travels from one unit to another, but we wanted to make you aware as you make your booking decision! Also, like many homes in the Twin Cities, this place has an old world charm. It's been recently updated with furniture and wall decor, but as with any old home, please be aware it has its quirks, including a wooden floor and a narrow kitchen and stairway. Enter through the left-side door and check yourself in with our Schlage Encode smart lock and keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in). To ensure the safety of our guests and our neighborhood, we have one exterior camera next to the front door facing the stairs leading up to the house. There are no interior cameras as we value our guests’ privacy. The camera records motion-detected video and audio (of the exterior only). No smoking is allowed in the home or on the premises. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay. Free street parking is readily available. If needed, feel free to park in the right side of the driveway.

You're a 5-minute walk to the nearby Light Rail, which can take you all over the Twin Cities. You'll find restaurants and Hamline University within walking distance of the home as well! If you have a car or order an Uber, you'll be a 10 minute drive away from both Downtown Minneapolis and Downtown Saint Paul. It truly is a central location! You're also a 15-minute drive (or less) away from all major sporting attractions. As this is a corner lot, you'll enjoy plenty of free street parking. If needed (like on snowy days), feel free to park your car on the right side of the drive way!

Lugar muy acogedor, limpio, la cama estaba muy comoda. El sistema de Aire y Calefaccion es Nuevo. La cocina un poco estrecha pero muy completa y funcional. Tenia disponible todos los articulos basicos para la cocina, laundry y secado de pelo.. Ubicacion céntrica cerca del aeropuerto y Twins Cities y muchos lugares de interés. Area muy tranquila con privacidad. Punith estuvo muy atento y accesible. Recomendamos este Lugar para una estadia espectacular. H&J❤️

I enjoyed my stay here! Very nice home; clean, centrally located, and easy to access. The host was very responsive and welcoming. I felt right at home…great host! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!
